By and large, it was exceptionally comfortable and straightforward place with EXCELLENT staff at the reception desk. The location was good and handy in the industrial area. Zuidwest district was worth staying in.

Nice hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean, nothing fancy, very European in style. I thought a little expensive for size and over all accomodations.
Small room, a little expensive by American standards for what you get. Over all ok.

The staff were absolutely charming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good location from motorway and access into the town by the tram service opposite.
There is no doubt that this is a business hotel only, great for one night stays, but for five or six days the rooms were a little short of space with very little storage, one has to live out of ones suitcase which we are not keen to do for that length of time. However, I would not hesitate to come back again if we were ever back in Utrecht.

Let me break it down for you
The location is quite accessible, surrounded by public transport and close to the city. The staff was generally friendly, but cleaning standards fell short, with dust and unkempt common areas. The dining options were limited, particularly for lunch, which led to disappointment. Room amenities had some inconsistency, but a comfortable bed was good.

The food was good although the selection was limited.
This hotel was poorly planned, poorly managed and not recommended at all. There is no soap dish in the shower nor bath mat, lousy lumpy matresses, chairs that are not suitable for working in the room, very shoddy cleaning and at the edge of the worst location in the Netherlands for crime.

The room was clean. There was a bus/tram stop close by.
My room was too noisy which was very annoying. Very expensive breakfast (not included in the room price).

I faced issues with slow service during dinner and cleanliness, as the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned . Great for short visits but could improve on dining efficiency.

The room was fantastic, luxurious and with a view. The breakfast was good for vegans, with a great selection of food. Great staff at reception desk, everything was awesome. The hotel's location was central, on the edge of town.

The breakfast selection was impressively diverse and kept fresh throughout my stay.
